Ansel Wong has an in depth knowledge and experience of diversity issues in the education, health and local authority sectors with wide experience of policy formulation, leadership and management. He has finely honed analytical skills and the ability to plan and organise teams around consultancy deliverables to clients.
He has a proven track record of success over many decades in working for and with diverse communities and has a unique ability to communicate across cultural and ethnic barriers. His wide-ranging career has given him experience of working at the most senior levels taking him through public and charitable sectors and having included public appointments as well as senior management positions.
Ansel specialises in:

- Developing equality schemes, action plans and undertaking impact assessments
- The design and delivery of diversity training for senior managers
- Community consultation and engagement
- Research into diversity and inclusion
- Ansel has a Masters in Education from Brunel University and is a fellow of the RSA.
Roles that Ansel has held include Operational Director Focus Consultancy, Academic Vice Principal Morley College, Deputy Chief Education Officer Lambeth Council, Head of Ethnic Minorities Unit for the Greater London Council, and Non-Executive Director and Chair of a number of health and NHS organisations in London.
