Dr. Paul Campayne has a background in diversity and inclusion, organisational change, business development, client and project management.
Paul has provided strategic diversity consulting support and advice to a wide range of clients to enable the advancement and embedding of HR and diversity/change initiatives. He has led and managed teams across the UK & Europe responsible for multi-million pound assignments in cultural change management, organisational development, research, and learning and development. He has successfully designed, influenced, implemented and delivered equality and diversity change in a hands-on practical way in a range of organisational contexts, including in the Finance, IT, FMCG, Local authority, and Central Government sectors.

Roles that Paul has held include Managing Director of Focus Consultancy, Business Development Director at Barclays Global Investors, Senior Sales Executive with BNP Paribas, Senior Economist at the Bank of England, Trustee Treasurer of the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ruach Ministries. Recent clients he has worked with include: L’Oreal, LogicaCMG, The Border and Immigration Agency, Birmingham City Council, and The European Commission.
