For over twenty five years, Rohan has worked in the public, private and voluntary sectors in senior and influential roles as an economist, educator, consultant and coach.
In his capacity as an executive/leadership/performance coach, Rohan draws on his training in the TGROW, Solutions Focussed and Psychodynamic coaching models to work on a wide range of issues, strategies and solutions with individuals, whilst also integrating these coaching approaches into his training and consultancy work with teams.
Rohan’s coaching style is open, empathetic, incisive, pragmatic, (com)passionate, supportive but constructively challenging; he brings insight, warmth, humour, sensitivity and a sense of adventure and exploration.

After completing post-graduate studies in economics, Rohan initially worked as an economist and senior executive in the private sector before moving into the education field. He is a trained teacher and has a wealth of experience in the education sector having worked in schools, adult education, the youth service, work based learning, as a head of department in further education and a chief officer in a Local Authority.
Recent clients he has worked with include the Learning and Skills Council, Department for Children, Schools and Families, National Health Service Strategic Health Authority, the Highways Agency and the National School of Government.
