Many a successful person speaks appreciatively of the mentoring, formal or informal that helped them along the way. Mentoring, like coaching, is one of the key interventions that is known to make a difference in career progression and success.
Our workshops and one to one coaching equip participants with:
- the knowledge and skills to act as a mentor coach
- context and experience of women and minority ethnic professionals working as minorities in a majority work environment
- a structure and process for initiating , progressing and winding down the mentoring relationship
We also work with organisations to design and implement mentoring and coaching skills programmes.
