Essentials for Leadership Success
What do I need to do as a BME leader to survive and thrive in the very competitive UK workplace? How can I be true to who I am and still deliver bottom line results?
Different Women - Essentials for Leadership Success is a unique leadership development programme that builds on 21st century leadership models and thinking to further leverage the effectiveness of Black & Asian female leaders in middle and senior management positions leading in the public and private sectors.
This programme places your diversity as a distinctive strength at the core of leadership development using Factor 8, the cutting edge leadership framework for 'Different Leaders'. Factor 8 emerged from our study of ethnic minority women leaders across Europe, Different Women, Different Places.
The Different Women Leading is not a typical leadership development programme, but is research based and custom designed to address the distinct but often subtle challenges and variations to the unwritten rules and models for success that BME leaders face and must master as visible minorities in a majority context.
Fast paced and interactive this 2 day programme is packed with alternative ways of looking at and activating your leadership style and approach, full of ideas and practical tools you can implement immediately!
In the Company of Different Women
Diversity Practice Ltd is passionate about creating open and honest space where women can be heard. It is often through these conversations that real change can be made in the workplace.
Our dinner discussions cover a variety of topics including our current focus on Same Gender, Different Race. They are formatted events hosted by our generous sponsor, Credit Suisse, and run quarterly throughout the year.
These events are either by invitation only or on a first come, first serve basis. See what our previous guest have said:
