Learning Goals
The aim of the programme is to equip participants with enhanced knowledge, skills and competencies in relation to their role as diversity leaders, champions and change agents. It enables you to address the following key questions
- What it is to be a diversity champion: will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the behaviours, skills and actions necessary to be an effective leader of diversity within your organisation
- What are the big issues; you will identify and assess personal and organisational barriers to making diversity integral to your workplace and develop strategies to overcome them
- What are examples of success : provide you with practical experience of dealing with real life challenging diversity scenarios and working through the practical skills required to ensure that similar scenarios would result in the appropriate outcome for all parties
- What is your framework for action; explores and develops your personal diversity champion’s roadmap and guidelines for actions that will enable you to lead and embed good diversity practices in your organisation
Who Should Attend?
