Is designed to equip managers and senior leaders with the awareness, behaviours, skills and actions to effectively lead and manage diversity in their organisations, and create a high performing inclusive environment. Tailored to meet the requirements of each organisation, by the end of the programme participants will:
Confidently answer the “Why diversity” question; raising their own self awareness, recognising the relevance and meaning of diversity in their organisation, articulating the business case, and understanding their role and responsibilities
More effectively lead and manage diversity; having explored a diversity leadership competence framework, further developed their diversity leadership skills, and established the link with high quality service delivery and performance
Be putting diversity into action; creating a compelling diversity vision, utilising a snap shot audit tool to assess where they are at, developed a plan to achieve the vision, and presented it to their peers and seniors.
