As the globalisation of markets has gathered pace, businesses from around the world increasingly have to grapple with issues of diversity in workforce, workplace and marketplace that transcend national borders. Chief Diversity Officers, increasingly with global / EMEA in their titles, are expanding their knowledge of diverse cultures and developing strategies to address the laws, customs, and practices with respect to D&I outside of their home country.
Global Diversity and Inclusion Process (GDIP) is an 8 Stage approach that the Diversity Practice has designed to support organisations in crafting and implementing global diversity strategies that are locally relevant whilst retaining critical linkages with the overall corporate D&I strategy.
